To create these unique note cards we use traditional marbling techniques to marble 100% silk with a one-of-a-kind design. We then mount this original silk onto 100% recycled card stock to create this extraordinary stationery. Each card is A2 size, which measures 4 1/8" (10.5cm) x 5 1/4" (13.5cm), and comes with a compatible 100% recycled envelope. They are blank on the inside and are packaged in a cellophane sleeve with a label identifying the card as Silk.
Cards made from the piece of silk for this listing are represented by the single card pictured. The card you receive may not be the exact card shown but will be similar as all the cards for this listing are made from the piece of marbled silk shown in the second photo.
Each card is a piece of art perfect for that special occasion or those special words. They can also become a treasured keepsake; that pressed wedding boutonniere or first date rose, the label from a memorable bottle of wine. Even capturing your baby’s handprint. They are perfect as a wedding invitation as well.
